Description

A French mantel clock in Belgian slate and rouge marble. A well proportioned case with inset coloured marble panels. A brass bezel surround to the dial with gilt numerals and hands. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell signed 'Billiet & Roblin Paris'. Circa 1880.
