Description

A Quality Mahogany Edwardian Period antique writing desk. The upper section with a raised brass gallery above a central rectangular shelf, flanked by serpentine fitted stationery compartments with marquetry inlaid trophy detail, penwork and trailing harebells. The brown rectangular inset leather writing surface with gilt tooled detail above five rectangular mahogany lined drawers, each with ribbon and harebell inlaid detail. The whole supported on square tapering legs with brass castors. English circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 42" wide x 21.5" deep x 40" high (25" high x 16" wide)

Condition: This desk is in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed
