English Art Deco Sterling Silver & Guilloche Enamel Pill Box - 1927

Description

A lovely English sterling silver pill box with a pull off lid and once removed reveals the original gilding on the inside.

The top is decorated with the most exquisite Turquoise coloured guilloche enamel with a very Art Deco engine turned decoration below.

The underside of the box has a full English hallmark for Birmingham 1927 together with the makers initials HCD for the silversmith, Henry Clifford Davis.

Excellent condition measuring 1 3/8" in diameter across the lid x 1/2" tall.
