Description

A very good quality Edwardian period mahogany and inlaid display cabinet. The large central glazed door with subtle applied carving and an arched panel below with satinwood cross banding between boxwood and ebony lines and oval boxwood stringing. The unusual concave glazed ends with satinwood cross banded panels. The whole standing on 6 short tapered legs with spade feet and joined by a useful under shelf. Further inlay of swags, harebells, ribbons, boxwood and chevron embellish this quality cabinet. There are 4 visible shelves +the base shelf. Original green fabric lining. In fine condition, fully cleaned and waxed, with key. Sizes :- Width...51''...130cm. Height...73.5''...187cm. Depth...17.75''...45cm. Depth of Interior Shelves...14.5''...37cm.
