Description

A handsome Victorian engraving by H.S. Beckwith after Edwin Landseer. The delightful and characterful picture is titled 'Highland Music' and is of a bagpipe player serenading four dogs. This amusing and appealing engraving has a fine wooden frame with gilded interior edge.

Condition :- Excellent, with no foxing or stains. The frame has some age related knocks, but no splits or breaks.

Artist :- Edwin Landseer.

Engraver :- H.S. Beckwith.

Width :- 34 cms.

Height :- 28.5 cms.
