Fabulous Pair Antique English Sterling Silver Napkin Rings - 1884

Description

A really good quality pair of Victorian napkin rings made from solid Sterling silver each with a hallmark for Birmingham 1884, so a good early pair. The makers initials are also present for the silversmith, Frederick Elkington. The Queen Victoria's head duty mark is also present, always highly desirable on English silver.

Each is beautifully engraved with a floral and foliate design with an oval cartouche both front and back.

The combined weight of the two is 61.3 Grams or 1.97 Troy Ounces. Each measuring 1 7/8" in diameter x 1" thick.
