Antique Edwardian Rosewood Highly Inlaid Breakfront Triple Wardrobe C1900

Wonderful Antique Edwardian Rosewood Highly Inlaid Breakfront Triple Wardrobe in the manner of Edwards & Roberts of London. Highly decorated in marquetry fruitwoods depicting various forms of flora with swags and tails and to the cornice top there are faience style 'masks'. Constructed from quality Rosewood to the centre there is a bow fronted cornice top above a deep inlaid frieze and with two central doors with inlaid panels and gilt handles above a shaped inlaid frieze and with two internal shelves. Below this is an open bevelled mirror backed compartment above four graduating and bow fronted drawers all with superb inlay and being mahogany lined with gilt brass handles. To each side there is a cornice top above a deep frieze with inlaid faience style masks above a full length shaped and bevelled mirrored door with inlaid panel to the top and harebell inlay to each side and with original gilt brass handles. Internally there is a shelf to the top and with brass hanging rail below. The whole standing on a deep plinth base. Separates for ease of transporting.
