Antique Victorian Desk Chair

Description

A stunning antique Victorian swivel office chair in solid mahogany with a real leather upholstered seat. It has a deep curved top rail which sweeps down into generous rounded arms. The back and side splats are shaped and pierced with an inverted heart design. The seat is rounded and has been reupholstered in a mid brown real leather. It stands on four curved legs and has a swivel mechanism. The wood has a lovely rich warm patination to it in a mid-brown colour.

Construction/Wood:

Solid mahogany.

Condition Report:

Good solid condition, wear and marks commensurate with age. The base section of wood between the underneath of the chair and the top of the swivel mechanism is a replacement.
