Antique Flamed Mahogany Chippendale Triple Wardrobe by Maples & Co C1910

Superb Quality Mahogany Triple Wardrobe in the Chippendale style by Maple & Co and dating from around 1910. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a caddy top with fretwork frieze above a full length shaped mirrored door set within a cross cut mahogany surround and flanked on either side by a full length panelled door with raised flame mahogany oval panels to the top with small carved cartouche to the top and base of the panel set within cross cut mahogany frame and above a smaller shaped panel. It has its original brass handles. Internally to one side there are four sliding trays above two short drawers all of which are mahogany lined with original brass handles ( The trays could easily be removed for further hanging space if required). To the other side there is double hanging space with brass rail and to the base there are two deep drawers with original swan neck drop handles and both of which are mahogany lined and the whole standing on lovely shaped bracket feet. The wardrobe separates for ease of transporting and has its original metal Maples & Co badge.

Measures: 80" high x 23" deep x internal depth 20" x 61" wide
