English Sterling Silver and Lilac Guilloche Enamel Jewellery Box

Description

It's been a few years since I have had one of these boxes in this highly desirable lilac colouring, quite beautiful.

This little jewellery box is made from English sterling silver fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1924, the makers initials H M are also present for the well renowned silversmith, Henry Matthews.

The box stands on three attractive legs. The hinged lid fits perfectly and once opened reveals a gilded interior and the base lined in velvet.

The lid of the box measures 2 1/2" in diameter and sands 1 7/8" tall.
