A magnificent grand and impressive Tureen, sure to be the centre of attention on any dining table or sideboard, a real show piece.

Made from one of England's most famous silversmith's, Elkington and Co. and being Elkington has a date letter within the mark, allowing us to date it accurately for 1885.

Once the lid is removed the lavishly gilded interior is revealed. A fabulous piece in excellent condition (a few minuscule dings, insignificant but mentioned purely for accuracy).

Spanning 18 1/2" handle to handle and standing 13" tall to top of lid finial.
