It is extremely rare in as much as it has an 18 jewel gold plated manual wind movement, this is one of the finest English made watches. It is in a slightly oversize solid 9ct gold with measures 35mm not including the crown.

This watch is in incredible condition and looks as though it was never worn. The original dial with the centre seconds dial is in superb condition, it has gilt luminous hands and gilt numbers and baton markers. It has just been professionally serviced and a new glass has been fitted.

As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case. It has Edinburgh hallmarks. It also comes with its original presentation box an a new high quality chestnut brown leather strap has been fitted.

This watch certainly has that understated elegance that whispers class.
The watch has been fully serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Smiths Everest in all respects. It has been professionally overhauled by Alan Williams FBHI, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.

It is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers parts. Each part is then thoroughly cleaned in a three stage ultrasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturers approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give you reliable and dependable service and will not require further service for many years.

The watch movement comes with a full 1 year warranty.
