London Fine Antiques has dated this piece to the 1800s.
An exceptional and interesting mirrored dressing chest presented in very good antique condition.
The piece is wonderfully sized and offers superb build quality by a master cabinet maker.

A trio of drawers in the lower chest consist of; traditional lower, double front deep centre and fully fitted upper - each with solid cut glass handles. A stepped moulded upper presents further fine flame mahogany veneer to the upper section.

The mirror section contains a fully fitted vanity jewellery drawer. Ornately turned and carved risers support the convex mirror frame with fine bevelled glass.
The piece is substantially constructed and in great condition. Clearly made for a lady of note.

Overall a very desirable and rare item of antique furniture in fine order. A classic antique which offers tremendous style & history, as well as being a functional and beautiful item simply to enjoy.
