Description

A very elegant Edwardian sterling silver Jewellery box standing on three cabriole legs.

The top of the lid is decorated with an embossed or repousse series of scroll motifs.

The lid fits well and once opens reveals the full English silver hallmark for Birmingham 1904 together with the makers mark S*B for the silversmith, Synyer & Beddoes.

The inside of the box is lined in a rich deep amethyst silk. Excellent condition, the box measures 3 1/2" in diameter x 2" tall.
