A Good Walnut Victorian Period Chaise Longue

Description

A very good walnut Victorian Period carved antique chaise longue. Having a shaped back with a wonderfully carved walnut show frame and a deep buttoned upholstered back, above the the well sprung generous serpentine seat with carved knuckles to the swept shaped arms. With further fruit and flower carved detail to the cabriole legs, supported on brass castor's, English circa 1880

Dimensions: 36" high x 74" wide x 31" deep (seat 15" high)

Condition: This chaise longue is in excellent original condition, a beautiful colour and patination. Re-upholstered in a Zoffany Silk fabric
