Set of 3 C19th Regency period ''Old Sheffield-Plate'' meat covers. Large pair of covers + smaller size with meat-draining dish. All engraved with matching armorial device on inset silver panel,(large covers engraved on both sides), which appears to be a harnessed camel-head (symbolises docility, patience and perseverance in heraldry ) over a Baronets bar. All-over gadrooned ,ribbed and fluted decoration. Generally good original condition , some ''bleeding'' and minor tarnishing to the plate, and one or two minor dents. No visible makers mark .Detachable leaf- cast scroll handles. Great visual statement for display on a sideboard or serving table and use on the dining table.
