Antique French Walnut Parquetry 5ft Bed Henri 11 C1900

Gorgeous Antique French Walnut Parquetry 5ft Henri 11 Bed and dating from around 1900. Constructed from solid walnut the headboard with a carved pediment top with carved laurel to each side and above a carved frieze and lovely walnut panel with turned columns to either side with acanthus leaf caps. The foot board with deep moulded top rail above a moulded walnut parquetry panel with shaped and carved frieze and carved laurel leaf and shell cartouche to the centre.To each side is a turned column with acanthus leaf caps topped with turned finials. It has its original side irons and stands on turned feet.

Takes a standard 5ft mattress ( British size)and measures:

£51" high to headboard x 35" high to footboard x 82" long x 60" wide
