The desk has a raised carved gallery at the back and a bank of 4 drawers with a pigeon hole in the centre
There are four more carved drawers beneath the tooled leather top, one long and 2 smaller ones at each side and it stands on turned oak legs, this piece would be superbly suited as a hall table
The desk in very good condition for its age and the leather is original and does have a few ink stains but no tears
The desk is 42” long, 22” deep and 40” high, the desk height is 29” and the under knee height is 24”
