Description

A stunning burr walnut & Kingwood Victorian Period Bonheur De Jour. The upper section having an arrangement of burr walnut and kingwood banded mahogany lined drawers, above an inset olive green writing surface. The lower section of serpentine outline having a concealed drawer, flanked by beautiful twin cast ormolu decorative handles, supported on four elegant cabriole ormolu mounted legs, cross banded in tulip wood terminating in sabot feet circa 1860

Condition: This bonheur de jour is in beautiful restored condition, replacement quality leather insert

Dimensions: 50" wide x 24" deep x 38" high (knee hole 25" high)
