Riding upon turned front feet the chest rises with five full width drawers offering excellent storage capability.
The reverse cross veneered drawer fronts are complete with solid brass lock fittings and cast handles. The key is provided.
The whole chest provides interest with relief moulding to the front and stunning quartered veneer to the side panels.
Aside from the obvious design execution the quality of the chest is further demonstrated with the robust dovetailing and thickness of the oak stock used throughout.
The top surface is in lovely order and displays fantastic marble detailing.
Overall a very unusual chest in stunning order that will perform as a hugely practical item of furniture and look great in any location.
Certainly a rarity in this configuration and condition.
