Outstanding Omega solid 18ct gold gents wristwatch.
The watch is the calibre 501 20 jewel fully automatic movement, as you can see it is in fabulous condition.
The original two tone dial with centre seconds is in mint unmarked condition, it has gilt hands and baton markers/numbers. It also the Omega symbol on the original solid 18ct hexagonal shaped crown which is extremely rare. A new glass has been fitted and the case has been professionally polished so it is in exceptional condition, it also has a genuine Omega buckle fitted.
It has the Seamaster logo embellished on the back of the case which is bright and crisp.
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case. It comes with a brand new high quality wooden presentation box and also its original box, unfortunately the hinges have been worn.
The heavy solid 18ct gold case is fully hallmarked.
It comes complete with a new premium quality chestnut brown leather strap and a new presentation box to keep your watch in perfect condition. If you prefer a black leather or extra long strap this can be fitted.
Omega are one of the most exclusive watchmakers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance that whispers class.
The watch case measures 34mm in diameter not including the crown.
Overall this watch is in outstanding condition and highly sought after by Omega collectors indeed it looks as if it was rarely worn, this is the best example of this model we have ever come across
The watch has been fully serviced by Alan Williams FBHI and is guaranteed to be a genuine Omega in all respects. It has been professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.
It is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers parts. Each part is then thoroughly cleaned in a three stage ultrasonic cleaning process.
The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturers approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and sealed.
Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give you reliable and dependable service and will not require further service for many years.
The watch movement comes with a full 1 year warranty.
