Description

Georgian period mahogany eight day longcase (grandfather) clock with rare pattern painted dial.

The nice quality case of small size and good porportions has fluted brass capped hood columns, and reeded columns to the trunk, good long trunk door with arch top.

The eight day brass framed movement is complete with original brass pendulum, cast-iron weights and winder.

The time is displayed via the original blued steel hands to the painted dial with conventional numbering, grape corners and a bucolic scene to the arch.

A simply elegant Georgian clock which is offered fully serviced, regulated, delivered and installed in the UK complete with 12 months mechanical guarantee.

Height 81 inches
