Christian Davies Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the 1870s.
The wash stand has a white tiled splash back with a veined marble top above three frieze drawers and a pair of cupboards with shelving, both the dressing table and washstand have concealed Castor's. This suite is beautifully veneered in tiger maple with rosewood cross banded moulded detail and purple heart cross banded detail and retains the original turned handles and hobbs & Co locks. The suite was made by Bell And Coupland of Preston, a mid to late 19th Century quality cabinet maker circa 1870

Condition: This suite is in excellent original condition throughout, there is a slight watermark to the top of the dressing table, fully cleaned and waxed
