Description

This all brass king size Victorian bedstead was made by Schoolbred & Co of Tottenham who were makers of top quality brass beds in Victorian times. Makers plate still in situ on cross rail. The end posts are tapered with original vase shaped bed knobs. Joined ring detail gives the bed interest whilst maintaining elegance.Original porcelain castors. Aged brass.

Suitable for an English kingsize mattress 5' x 6'6".

Head height, to top of knob, 54"; foot height to top of knob 42"; side rails at 12". Overall length 84".

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

We can also supply mini box bases 2" with platform top (£225) or 4"with springs (£275)for better mattress support and get into bed height. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices.
