Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The largest has a footprint measuring 3 1/2" square, standing 8 1/2" tall; the medium, 3" square x 8" tall; the small, 2 1/4" square x 7" tall.

There are two cut crystal tumblers or drinking glasses again cut in the hobnail design which sit in the own circular holders, one to the front and one to the back. Each glass stands 4 1/4" tall with a rim diameter measures 2 3/4".

The frame has a highly decorative frieze that runs right around, just above the footed base.
The lock comes complete with a working tassled key (replacement). Once turned the circular lock is pushed down to release the bar at the top which is moved to one side, we would suggest the drinking glasses are removed before this so that the bar doesn't damage them if suddenly released to one side.

About as grand as you will come across, I have never had (or seen) one with the graduated decanters ... a real gem for the discerning. A mammoth size, with the footprint measuring 19 1/2" x 9 1/2" or 11 3/4" to the widest point where the glass holders are; standing 14 1/4" tall to top of handle.
