Rare Set of 4 English 19th Century Carved Wood Carriage Horses

Description

In their original paint and carved from solid wood, this RARE SET OF ENGLISH CARRIAGE HORSES date from around 1880.

They stand approximately 9.75 inches (25 cm) high.

All with their heads at a slightly different angle, two of the horses retain some of their original harness.

Obvious wear to the paint, manes and tails, one ear and three legs have been reglued.

These horses are full of movement and life.
