Figured mahogany pedestal writing desk. English and dated about c1880. This is a desk of good weight with loads of storage space and a nice mellow antique patination

There are nine solid and well made drawers which run smoothly and have a working key. The tan leather writing surface is a recent addition. This desk is a one piece desk and has a panelled and unpolished back.

Seen here in top showroom condition, having been carefully restored and wax polished, this desk is ready for use.

Length 51" height..30" depth...22"

The knee hole space measures 19" wide by 23" hide
