Antique Set Eight William 1v Mahogany Dining Chairs C1830

Superb Set Eight Antique William 1V Mahogany Dining Chairs and dating from around 1830. Constructed from quality mahogany there are six chairs and two carver chairs. Each chair has a carved and scrolled top rail above a matching central back splat and with the two carver chairs having beautifully swept armrests leading to turned supports. They have a drop in seat pad with a pale yellow Regency stripe fabric ( easily recovered if wished) and they stand on squared and tapering legs joined by squared stretchers.

Each chair measures: 35" high x seat height 17" x 18" deep x 18" wide

Each Carver measures: 35" high x 21" deep x seat height 17" x 20" wide

A superb set quality Antique William 1V Dining Chairs in very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
