Description

One of the nicest examples I have come across for a while, this handsome beaker will be a welcome addition to your collection.

The top has a band of English sterling silver; the front has a shield shaped mount, which could be personalised if desired with an inscription. Each is hallmarked for Sheffield 1895, making this a true Victorian example. The makers initials are also present for one of the most famous silversmiths, Mappin & Webb.

An exceptional piece measuring 6" tall with a rim diameter measuring 3 1/4". Excellent condition.
