Antique 19th Century Mahogany Armchair C1880

Description

Antique Victorian Mahogany Armchair and dating from aorund 1880. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a deep shaped back rests with shaped and reeded mahogany frame and upholstered armrests above turned spindle supports and leading to shaped and curved front supports with carved acanthus leaf. It has deep stuff over seat and stands on turned legs on castors.

Measures: 37" high x seat height 16" x 32" deep x 26" wide

A very nice Victorian Mahogany Armchair being both sturdy and comfy to sit in and in very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
