Narrow English Chest Drawers - Cross-banded Upper - c1800

Presented in good antique condition this slim English George lll period chest of four drawers offers practicality and classic style in abundance.

Rising from bracket feet the chest offers fine proportion. A four drawer configuration which benefits from period brassware.

The upper surface presents a crossbanded veneer to the perimeter and a stepped moulding edge detail.

It is solidly crafted throughout and wears a fine patina.

A useful chest and unusual in this size - a rare find and a perfect example for any room.
