Antique Late Victorian Burr Walnut Dressing Table C1890

Antique Late Victorian Burr Walnut Dressing Table and dating from around 1890. It has a long bevelled mirror set within a mahogany surround being shaped and carved and with a carved pedament to the top. To either side there is a lovely jewellery stand consisting of a shaped top shelf above two small draers with open section to one side and above shaped frieze. The mirror extends down into the centre and with two small drawers on either side and two long drawers all of which are Beech lined with burr walnut fronts and original copper handles. It stands on turned legs on castors.

Measures: 74" high to top of mirror x 34" high to each side x 23" high to centre x 19" deep x 48" wide

A superb dressing table and with a lovely deep colour and original patination to the quality walnut and in very good condition oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
