London Fine Antiques has dated this piece to the 1800s.
Of good proportion it presents canted corners, reeded sides and fine style of crown and base moulding detail.

The multi-pane door, with classic and desirable astragal glazed formation, opens to reveal a trio of serpentine shaped shelves and a clean painted interior. There is a lock and key, but the lock does not throw. To the exterior of the door there is an attractive pierced brass lock escutcheon.

Overall a lovely English Georgian oak corner display cabinet which will suit any location.
