Kenneth Holmes was a painter, etcher, engraver and draughtsman who studied at Skipton, Leeds, the Central, and Chelsea schools of art before attending the Royal Cllege of Art. He exhibited widely, showing 11 works at the Royal Academy, 7 at the Royal Hibernian Academy as well as at the Fine Arts Society, the Glasgow Institute, the New English Academy and Liverpool’s Walker Gallery.
