Smart English Sterling Silver Rocking Blotter - 1923

Description

A lovely quality desk blotter and in really fabulous condition. The silver is beautifully decorated with all-over engine turning, including the border with a Greek Key design.

The finial to the top unscrews allowing the blotter to be dismantled to allow changing of the blotting paper.

There is a full English hallmark for Birmingham 1923. The makers initials S & M are also present for the silversmith, Sanders & Mackenzie.

Superb condition, measuring 4" x 2 3/4".
