An Unusual Victorian Brass Owl Jardiniere Circa 1880

Description

An unusual Victorian brass double sided jardiniere in the form of an Owl's head with glass eyes, circa 1880, bearing traces of original gilding and formed in four sections upon a sand loaded base.

Condition: some denting to the foot and other dints commensurate with its age, one small hole below one of the beaks on the joint line.

14.5cm high, 19cm wide ear to ear.
