Description

A georgian style walnut and oak mantel clock. A brass dial centre with silvered chapter ring with Dutch five minute outer markers. Brass fretted front panels and standing on brass feet. A pad top with cast brass carrying handle. An 8-day duration mechanism strikingthe 1/2 hours and hours on a gong. Signed to the dial 'George Graydon, London'. Circa 1940.
