An arched trunk door with banded edging. A brass and silvered dial with fine quality central engraving. A date aperture and seconds dial. An engraved chapter ring edging. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours on a bell.

Thomas Radford of Leeds is recorded in Loomes' 'Clockmakers of Northern England' book as working from 1759-1801. He is noted as making good quality 8-day brass dial longcase clocks.
