Description

A grand large perfume bottle or decanter, the glass cut to all four sides and smothered in intricate and highly decorative English sterling silver.

The quality of this piece is evident, made by one of London's top quality silversmith's, William Comyns. The hallmark is for London 1898, a true Victorian example.

The domed lid has a push-button to the front to release the hinged top, once opened revealing the glass stopper intact.

A superb and highly sought-after piece in superb condition. The base measuring 2 3/4" square and standing 5 1/2" tall.
