Atropos Antiques has dated this piece to the 1880s.
it is constructed of fine mahogany and made to a very high standard. Crockett was one of the most well known dealers and cabinet makers of the time and provided cabinets to many private collectors and to most of the national institutions including the british museum.

The drawers have closely fitting glazed frames to the top to protect the contents and they are unusually deep giving full depth plus for continental length pins. All the drawers have the original glass and are in excellent condition.the inside sides are newly paper lined and the base of each drawer has fresh, unused plastazote applied. The cabinet is ready for immediate use.complete with lock and key. If more than one of these was desired I can supply another and possibly two more after that, please enquire.

I am well versed in the safe and secure transport of these items and am able to deliver to most locations, please contact me with your requirements.
