Description

Here we have an early example of Timuri tribal work in the shape of one half of a saddlebag. The wool is soft and silky - beautiful quality and the best wool you could hope to find in such a piece - the dyes all natural with fabulous saturated colours. Although the lower border has been lost over the years, it doesn't detract from the wonderful archaic presence that this rare bagface holds for the observer.

Size: 76cm x 51cm (2' 6" x 1' 8").
