A Mahogany Arts & Crafts Period Dressing Table

1900 - 1920
Description

A mahogany Arts & Crafts Period dressing table probably by J.S.Henry. The upper section with a rectangular central bevelled mirror. The supports with beautifully stylised brass, pewter and satinwood inlaid panels and a jewellry drawer beneath, also having a central small cupboard. The lower section having a solid mahogany rectangular top above two mahogany lined frieze drawers, the whole supported on slender mahogany supports with brass castor's, united by a simple linear stretcher. The stunning silver plated handles are symbolic of the period and with central circular Ruskin inset stones circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 54" wide x 58" high x 21" deep (height to dressing table top 30")

Condition: This dressing table is in excellent condition, re-polished throughout.
