Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1800s.
The Etui has a fitted little cork pin cushion, the original little mirror, the silvering is deteriorated but the glass intact, to be expected. There are a variety of other instruments including a fruit knife, needle case, scissors and the tiniest (2 1/2" long) hand carved horn comb with all the teeth still intact.

In there centre are a beautiful pair of tiny perfume or scent bottles with Sheffield plated (silver on copper) screw tops. Once opened the two original little glass stoppers are still intact.
A stunning little gem, in excellent condition (minor wear commensurate with age), 3 1/2" tall with a diameter measuring 2 1/8".
