Description

A fine quality late 18th/early 19th century Sheraton period mahogany BREAKFAST or SMALL DINING TABLE of good proportions.

The well-figured mahogany top, with its nicely rounded corners, is cross-banded with a wide border of mahogany within boxwood and ebony stringing, and is supported via the tilt-top mechanism on a solid 'gunbarrel' central column leading to quadruple sabre legs and the original brass 'sabot' castors.

This is an elegant and generous-sized table, seating SIX in great comfort; measurements: 60ins x 40ins (153cms x 102cms).
