An impressive silver plated French mantel clock. An arched pediment surmounted by finials. Fluted side columns with corinthium capitals. Applied scrollwork to the case front. A concave gilt dial with filigree centre. An 8-day duration mechanism by Japay Freres striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong. Circa 1895.
