Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1900s.
These smaller pieces made by the silversmith, George Shadford Lee & Henry Wigfull.

The set comes complete in it's original silk and velvet lined presentation box, again in superb condition. When you look at the base of the pepper pot it looks as if it is damaged, it is not ... there is a burst air bubble from manufacture.

The box itself measures 17" x 8" x 5" tall. The condiment set measures 5" including handle x 3 1/4" wide; the toast racks measuring 4 1/4" x 3" x 5" tall.
