Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Bookcase

1900 - 1920
Description

This antique Edwardian two door bookcase is very elegant & extremely well made. It's solid mahogany, structurally sound & in good original condition. There is some inlay on the door panels & on the top. The back of the inside is polished mahogany, the solid mahogany shelves are chamfered & it sits on spade end feet. This is all in one piece & because of the quality it's quite heavy. There are bolt catches top & bottom on the side of the door & there is a working key for the other lock.

Width --- 40 1/2" (106cm)

Depth --- 14 1/2" (37)

Height --- 72" (183)
