Antique Victorian Burr Walnut Open Bookcase

Description

This antique burr walnut bookcase has been re-constructed from a large Victorian burr walnut wardrobe & in fact we have made two identical bookcases out of this wardrobe. I have based the design on similar ones I've had in the past which seemed to be very popular, but this bookcase is very unique because of the quality of the walnut & there will only be these two available. We do make similar designs of bookcases all the time mainly to order, but not all the wood will be antique, because many people are working to budget. The construction is always first class & to be honest, normally better than original antique bookcases, because they are always hand made by a master cabinet maker. The adjustable shelves have shark teeth supports & the shelves all have burr walnut lipping. Please enlarge all of the images to appreciate these one off bookcases. I must also stress that these will be very hard to repeat, because of the difficulty in sourcing the correct antique pieces that will suit the conversions.
