Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1890s.
Originally candlesticks with the wonderful Queen of Diamonds design, they have now been converted into a table lamps by a fully qualified electrician and are ready for immediate use. They also come with brand new cream coloured shades.
They are in excellent condition with the brightness of the solid brass yet retaining the patina which you would expect of genuine Victorian pieces.
They measure 17 inches in height including the shades, the base is 4 inches square.
This is a beautiful genuine pair of lamps and not to be confused with reproductions.
