Vintage French Monogrammed Tablecloth & 12 Napkins

Description

A lovely French tablecloth and 12 matching napkins from the Pays Basque region in S.W. France, dating from the early 20th Century. The large deep blue tablecloth and napkins with machine embroidered zig-zag pattern in red, yellow and white silks and hand embroidered with the initials BG. The tablecloth measures 225 x 145cms and the napkins 50 x 50cms. In excellent condition.

Hand of Glory has dated this piece to the 1920s.
